Buddha Mind

A psychotic is mentally living in their inner world of thoughts and images, with little pure perception of the five senses.  Identity is confused and is always shifting from one fictional self to another.

A neurotic (most humans) is living in a mixture of dwelling in their inner world and functioning actively through the five senses.  Life revolves around its imaginary “me” and it’s story of self protection.

A Buddha is functioning through the five senses with no inner world at all. The Buddha has no inner self or inner story to reflect upon or to protect.  The clear and always empty awareness immediately within and as your five senses, is the Buddha that has never had a thinking mind, identity or inner mental  world.

How easy!  Already aware!
